Stacey Kirschenbaum

Sarah Seery is wife to Jack and mom to Jackson (age 15) and Julia (age 10).  Sarah has been a local hairstylist and owner of BluWater Style Water Salon for over 20 years.  She has been a loyal participant in group fitness and indoor cycling classes for over 10 years.  Sarah's love for the classes drove her to the decision to become certified to teach indoor cycling at Shapes Total Fitness for Women in 2006.  Since then, she has gotten her national certification through Real Rider Cycling in 2012.  Sarah took a break for a few years from teaching to focus more on herself and on her family.  Missing it terribly, Sarah joined Key 2 Life Training's cycling program in 2018.

Sarah Seery

Stacey Kirschenbaum relocated to Bradenton, FL with her husband Marc, daughter Julia and Nikki, their beloved dog, in spring 2018 after her daughter Julia was accepted to IMG Academy.  An avid indoor cyclist, Stacey immediately joined Key 2 Life Training and has participated in the group training and indoor cycling classes ever since.  Stacey has participated in training classes and indoor cycling most of her adult life, but after successfully completing Key 2 Life Training's 12 Week Nutrition & Training Program.....her passion became her calling!  Believing that you can have a new chapter at ANY age AND make a difference.....Stacey became Mad Dogg Certified to teach indoor cycling in early 2020, and then decided to pursue her group fitness certification.  Stacey has just started her professional journey in the fitness world and we look forward to her leading a variety of training and cycling groups at Key 2 Life Training.
